J63A Series

J63A Series MIL-Spec Connectors

  1. Number of contacts: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 65, 69
  2. With elastic twisted wire pins, contact spacing 0.635mm, high density makes it tiny.
  3. Screws and nuts are used for locking up plugs and sockets to ensure reliability.
  4. Generally used for interconnections of various electrical circuit systems which are of high integration, miniature and light weight, meeting the needs of system lightening and miniaturization.
  5. The ends with twisted wire pins are plugs, with jacks are sockets; The ends with locking screws are free ends, with coupling nuts are fixed ends;
  6. The cross section of the crimped wire is 0.035mm2
  7. Tolerance if not specifically stated: ±0.13

Products mating

  • Due to the miniature size of the products, It is not easy to make insertion and separation with each other if plugs and sockets have no locking devices as there’s nowhere to use strength. For this sake, it’s usually recommended to choose products with locking screws (JC) and products with locking nuts (TH) in pairs for mating.
  • While choosing products with guiding accessories, products with guiding sleeves and that with guiding holes should be in pairs for mating. For products with only guiding accessories and have no locking devices, mounting panel is needed to prevent them from accidental disconnecting.
